WomenX Pakistan Entrepreneurship

   

WomenX Pakistan is a huge initiative for Pakistani Women. There were many other programs working for Women Growth in Pakistan but this is one of a kind. Its practically making sure to stand out through its strategic planning. Its like a standard version of a crash course of MBA  for women of Pakistan who are striving for success in business. Many of them don't have the time or expenses to afford a full fledged MBA degree program. The ironic part is that they were in desperate need of such knowledge and they could not find such a platform to improve. Luckily now they have found one.

    Up till now they have arranged multiple programs in Karachi, Lahore and now in Peshawar. It has been a big success and Women and Girls are participating and learning passionately. The program is based on multiple phases:

Phase 1: includes Business Education, Soft Skills, Small Group Coaching Sessions and Networking.

Phase 2: includes One to One Mentoring, Business Clinics, Networking(Cont) and Small Group                       Coaching(Cont)

     Women who joined the sessions are implementing these learning into their businesses are getting good results like they had never before. Success stories of Sarwat Muzammil, Yasmin Zaman, Musarrat Ishaq, Uzma Tariq and many others are proving that this program is actually helpful for every Entrepreneur Women of Pakistan. Women from many conservative and difficult families are stepping up to make their mark which is a BIG deal for Women of Pakistan. They are proving and fighting for their rights.

    I myself joined the program so that i can nourish my business of Photography,Event Management & Design. We had 3rd session today about Entrepreneurship and it is so far so good. The teachers are prepared and clear in their explanations and lectures. I am learning about business beyond my imaginations. I enjoy each and every minute of the session. The team is nice and helpful. Maria Umar from Enclude has arranged this opportunity for us in Peshawar. We would not be here if she wasn't there. We met a few success stories in person as well which was a hell of an experience. Success stories make you feel to keep your hopes high and keep up the hard work. They make you believe that hard work with passion always pays off. I got more then what i had heard. My hopes are high for the next sessions, can't wait for next Saturday to come.
